What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

Our Program

Powered by Projects Fits programming. Our Base Program is our day to day class program, that is scaled over three different levels, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. It is designed for everyday people, as well as someone striving to be a competitive athlete. We all need a strong foundation of general physical preparedness and the Base Program provides that. The Peak Program is for those who want a little bit extra, and adds extra work to the Base program.

Our Classes are led by our highly qualified and knowledgeable trainers that have a genuine passion for what they do, and they are driven by our supportive community of members. This provides an ideal training environment with a great mixture of individual coaching and group motivation, which will have you excited about your training.

Come along and experience CrossFit first hand at Lion Kingdom CrossFit. Join us for a Free Trial Class, get taught by our expert trainers, meet our friendly and motivating members, and have a great workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, abilities and ages.

Our Fundamentals Program

You need to crawl before you can walk, and our Our CrossFit Fundamentals Program is no different. It is specifically designed to help people who are new to CrossFit, learn how to do all the fundamental movements safely and effectively, so they feel comfortable before starting regular classes with us.
